A 36-year-old woman visited our clinic with concerns about missing teeth, worn-down tooth structure, and difficulty smiling with confidence. She reported facing challenges with chewing and felt increasingly conscious about her appearance in social settings.

Clinical Findings:

Treatment Plan

1. Digital Smile Designing (DSD):
   • A digital preview of her future smile was created.
   • This allowed the patient to visualize the expected results before treatment began.
2. Full-Mouth Rehabilitation Using Zirconia Prosthesis:
   • High-strength zirconia crowns and bridges were selected for long-term durability and natural appearance.
   • Tooth preparation was performed followed by fabrication of customized zirconia prosthesis that matched her facial profile and smile line.
