The patient visited our clinic feeling unhappy with her smile. Although her teeth were healthy, she felt they looked uneven and did not suit her face. This made her feel conscious while smiling, speaking, and taking photos.
The patient was concerned about uneven front teeth and irregular tooth shapes. She also noticed that her gums were visible in an unbalanced way while smiling. Her main request was a natural looking smile that matched her facial features. She wanted to know how the final result would look before starting treatment.
We planned the treatment using Digital Smile Design.
Photographs and scans were taken to study her face, lip movement, tooth proportions, and smile line. A digital preview of the new smile was created and shown to the patient. This helped her understand the treatment outcome clearly and approve the design with confidence.
After the design approval, the treatment was carried out carefully by following the planned smile design. Special attention was given to tooth alignment, colour matching, and symmetry.
