Patient Concern:

The patient was worried about receding gums in the lower front teeth and wanted to prevent future tooth loss.

Diagnosis:

Gingival recession in the lower anterior region, increasing the risk of tooth instability and root exposure.

Treatment:

A Free Gingival Autograft was done using tissue from the hard palate (donor site), which was grafted onto the receded gum area (recipient site) to restore adequate gum thickness.

Result:

The graft integrated well, thickened the gum tissue, and stabilized the area—protecting the teeth and improving overall gum health.
