A 70-year-old male visited our clinic with a complete loss of teeth and difficulty in eating and speaking. He had been living without teeth for quite some time, which had also impacted his facial structure and confidence.
The patient expressed his desire to eat comfortably again and smile without hesitation. He was tired of adjusting to removable dentures and wanted a more stable, permanent solution. After careful evaluation and 3D scans, we recommended a full-mouth rehabilitation using dental implants.
We planned a comprehensive implant-supported fixed prosthesis for both upper and lower arches. The procedure was done in stages, ensuring minimal discomfort. The implants were placed strategically in the jawbone, followed by a healing period to allow proper osseointegration.
Once healing was complete, fixed teeth were attached, fully restoring function and appearance. The transformation was remarkable—he could now chew food with ease, speak clearly, and smile with newfound confidence. His face looked fuller and more youthful, and his overall personality became more cheerful.
“Alhamdulillah, I can eat well after many years. My family is happy seeing me smile again. Thank you for giving me back my confidence.”
